Material Submitted by Users

The User grants to TIC the non-exclusive right to use all material entered into domain-B by the User (other than third-party material transmitted through private electronic mail) in any of TIC's print or electronic publications.

Users entering material into domain-B are responsible for the content of that material. Neither domain-B nor TIC has any responsibility for content of any messages or information posted by Users or others, or for the content of information accessible via direct or indirect hyperlinks from domain-B. However, domain-B retains the right, which it may or may not exercise in its sole discretion, to review, edit, or delete Content which it deems to be illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Advertising Material
Part of the Site will contain advertising and other material submitted to domain-B by third parties. Advertisers, or their Advertising Agencies, are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with International and National law. domain-B will not be responsible for any advertiser's claim, error, omission or inaccuracy in advertising material, and reserves the right to omit, suspend or change the position of any advertising material submitted for insertion. Acceptance of advertisement on the Site will be subject to domain-B terms and conditions, which are available on request.
