Hyderabad: Zavata India, a business process outsourcing (BPO) company that provides technology-enabled BPO services and solutions to healthcare users and providers, insurance and corporate sector and government and public health agencies has opened a new state-of-the-art delivery center in the Kondapur area of Hyderabad. Built on 58,000 sq.ft area the facility can house over 1,200 employees. The company intends to deliver its end-to-end, technology enabled business process outsourcing ("BPO") services from this centre.
Zavata has invested approximately $5m in the facility to bring it upto world-class standards. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art modular work spaces, training rooms, secured high speed connectivity, high bandwidth voice systems and a spacious cafeteria. Zavata will hire around 100 associates for its voice based process which will take the total number of associates in the voice process to 300 by June end. Satish Sanan, the executive chairman and chief executive officer of Zavata said, "This delivery center is a part of our vision to expand our service offerings within India, and the enhanced voice capabilities installed here enable us to augment our existing services with higher-end voice based processing to our clients," he added. Zavata delivers end-to-end services and solutions, including healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare administration, medical management, PPO network management and database management, customer relationship management and technical help desk services, business process re-engineering / consulting services, and healthcare and help desk education and certification courses, via a blended shore delivery model.
