Hyderabad: Brocade Communications Systems, Inc, will host the first Asia Pacific SAN industry conference. Brocade Conference 2005 will be a unique forum for key SAN experts from around the world to share knowledge and experiences on enterprise storage.

Aimed at SAN, storage and server administrators, SAN architects, and IT managers, the conference will visit nine major Asian cities which include Beijing, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney, Taipei and Tokyo.

The conference will be held in Mumbai on December 6, 2005.

A demo centre will also showcase the latest Brocade SAN solutions such as the enterprise-level SilkWorm 48000 Director and entry-level SilkWorm 200E 8-16 Ports On Demand Fibre Channel Switch. Attendees will also get to see how Brocade Tapestry WAFS provide reliable, high-performance file access across WANs and witness how Tapestry Data Migration Manager (DMM) can easily move data in heterogeneous storage environments.

Demonstrations of Brocade's SAN Health Check, the industry-first SAN diagnostic tool, will show how to maximise performance and ROI on any SAN infrastructure. In addition, Brocade Professional Services will be on hand to explain how attendees can simplify SAN decisions and help make SANs a critical part of their strategic storage infrastructure.
