Mumbai: Zenta Group, ranked by NASSCOM as the sixth largest Indian BPO, has announced today that it had established a new business division focused on supporting end-to-end revenue cycle services for the US Healthcare Industry.

The Philadelphia-based Indian company has its primary operations in Mumbai, and the expansion is in line with Zentas strategy of entering new lines of business in partnership with established market players.

"This move into a new business vertical is delivering on our strategy of managed diversity", said Priya Hiranandani, founder and CEO of Zenta. "We will be able to capitalise on our proven expertise, particularly in accounts receivable management, to capture early market share and revenue in this rapidly growing market segment," added Hiranandani.

As the healthcare industry continues to balance patient care and rising costs, outsourcing of the complete patient intake, billing, medical records, and follow-up lifecycle promises to deliver significant savings and revenue capture for healthcare systems.

The company reently appointed Frank Massi, a professional with 23 years of experience in healthcare who has pioneered several leading edge and self-funding revenue cycle services at firms like SMS / Siemens, Accordis, and Accretive Health. as its executive vice president.

Massi, who has worked in all aspects of revenue cycle services, from software development and process reengineering to partial and full outsourcing for over 100 healthcare facilities, is expected "to bring immediate value to existing players interested in enhancing their services to the healthcare outsourcing market, says Hiranandani."

Zenta is a rapidly growing, global BPO specialising in end-to-end back office solutions to the financial services and healthcare industries. Its current services include credit card servicing, mortgage servicing, accounts receivable management, healthcare revenue cycle solutions and insurance claims management.
