Mumbai: Vignette Corp. has announced the expansion of its Hyderabad-based global development centre with Virtusa Corporation to support co-development of future versions of Vignette products. The Vignette-Virtusa centre will specialise in technical design, development, unit testing, function testing and system testing for the Vignette software suite.

As a leading provider of 'smart enterprise suites', Vignette provides enterprise customers with a collection of integrated products including enterprise content management (ECM), portal, collaboration and document and records management software to develop, deploy and maintain powerful enterprise applications that drive business efficiency. The J2EE-based Vignette V7 product family has received international industry recognition for its standards-based modular architecture and enterprise scalability.
