New Delhi: eMR Technology Ventures, a leading business process outsourcing company, has been certified under the British Security Standard - BS7799-2:2002. It is the first BPO company in India to be certified directly by the British Standards Institution (BSI).

BS7799-2:2002 is a globally accepted standard that provides comprehensive control guidelines representing the best practices in information security management. It provides recommendations for information security management and is relevant to those responsible for initiating, implementing or maintaining security in their organisation.
