High Court clears Hotel Leela Venture's scheme of arrangement with Kovalam Hotels

Mumbai: The Bombay
High Court has sanctioned the composite scheme of arrangement between Kovalam
Hotels Ltd and Hotel LeelaVenture Ltd and their respective shareholders vide its
order dated 2 November, Hotel Leela Venture informed the NSE in a statutory filing.
Hotel Leela Venture
(HLV) is the promoter of the 5-star deluxe hotels in Mumbai, Goa, Bangalore and
Kovalam. It owns and manages hotels under the "The Leela Palaces & Resorts"
brand in India.  Hotel
Leela Venture has a management alliance with Kempinski, the oldest hotel group
in Europe.
