Universitas 21 Global recognised for 2004 Computerworld honours programme

Craig Conway, president and CEO, PeopleSoft nominated Universitas 21 Global for a position on the online archive of the Computerworld honours programme and the permanent research collections of its affiliated Academic Council. The Universitas 21 Global case study will be featured in the online archive of the Computerworld honours programme, which can be accessed by more than 150 libraries, museums and universities internationally.

Established in 1988, the Computerworld honours programme is an initiative between the leaders of the information technology industry and the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History. Each year, chairmen and CEOs of the world's foremost information technology companies nominate innovators individuals or institutions for their leading role in the information technology revolution.
As
a Computerworld honours laureate, Universitas 21 Global
will now vie for the programmes' 21st Century Achievement
Award in 'education and academia' category.
Receiving commemorative medal in recognition of service
to society, Dr Mukesh Aghi, CEO, Universitas 21 Global

To help its students in India, Universitas 21 Global has recently tied-up with Zee Interactive Learning Systems Ltd (ZILS) and a leading Indian job portal www.naukri.com. Under the agreement, Zee Interactive Learning Centres will act as admission and academic counselling centres for Universitas 21 Global, while Naukri.com will be a placement partner and provide Universitas 21 Global students with relevant job opportunities.
