IndiGo''s new A320 to connect Delhi and Agartala daily

New Delhi: IndiGo is all set to operate new daily flights from Delhi to Agartala via Kolkata from 7 October, consequent to taking delivery of its 13th brand new Airbus A320 aircraft.

"We are further consolidating our presence in India by strengthening our connectivity in the cities we already serve," Bruce Ashby, IndiGo''s president and CEO, said in a statement.

Commencing operations in August 2006, IndiGo has so far carried over 2.5 million passengers over 19,000 flights.

With its 13th aircraft joining service, the airline will now operate 94 daily flights to 15 destinations including Agartala, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune and Vadodara.
