The Central Bureau of Investigation, dissatisfied by the testimony given by Reliance ADAG chairman Anil Ambani today as prosecution witness in a special CBI court trying the 2G spectrum allocation cases, said that he should be treated as a 'hostile witness'.

The CBI told a Delhi court that Ambani is changing his statement frequently, which would not be of any use to the prosecution case.

Ambani today told Special Judge O P Saini that he does not recall the various board meetings of a company said to be an associate of his Reliance ADAG, as the minutes were "not prepared" by him.
