These include Delhi-Bangalore, Delhi-Chennai, Delhi-Hyderabad, Delhi-Mumbai, Kolkata-Bangalore and Kolkata-Chennai. A passenger availing himself of the Monsoon Super Apex fare will be charged Rs 2,500 for a one-way travel between Delhi and Mumbai, while earlier the passenger would have paid Rs 3,450 for the same journey. However, this scheme is provided to tickets booked at least 30 days before travel. Similarly, a passenger travelling on the Delhi-Chennai, Delhi-Bangalore, Kolkata-Bangalore and Kolkata-Chennai sectors would be charged Rs 3,500 now, if the booking is made at least 30 days before travel. The new apex fares come into immediate effect and are valid till September 15.
