Till January 2005, HLL''s Investor Services Department will handle work related to the bonus debentures, the company said in a statement here.

All operations and correspondence relating to HLL''s share transfers and allied operations will now be handled by Karvy from its offices in Hyderabad, it said, adding that the existing counter facility at the registered office of the company will continue to be available.
