Mumbai:
At a customer consultation meet held in Mumbai on November
5, 2004, addressed by K Dash, CMD and S Prabhakaran, executive
director, ECGC announced the launch of two new products
— buyer exposure policy and consignment policy for
exporters — widening the options available for exporters.
ECGC
also plans to launch separate insurance cover for software
exporters. It is opening new offices at Nagpur and Karur
and to service
bankers more effectively, the corporation is opening
five more ''bank business'' branches at its regional offices
at Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Bangalore.
