 Mumbai:
The fifth annual MercedesTrophy was launched at the
Willingdon Sports Club, Mumbai by Hans-Michael Huber,
CEO and managing director, DaimlerChrysler India, who
later gave away the prizes to the winners.
 The
MercedesTrophy is an exclusive tournament for Mercedes-Benz
owners. The regional rounds will also be staged across
Bangalore (KGA Golf Course on January 29, 2005) and
New Delhi (DLF Golf Course on February 12 and 13, 2005).
The India final of the MercedesTrophy is slated to be
held at Pune on March 12, 2005.
The winners and runner-up in each category at each of
the three regional qualifier tournaments will be special
guests of DaimlerChrysler India at the MercedesTrophy
finals, which will be played at Pune.
The
three winners at the national finals along with their
spouses will get
to participate at the MercedesTrophy ''world final 2005'',
which is an annual congregation of the finest players
and Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts.
This
Golf-fest will be played at Stuttgart, Germany, between
September 22 and 27, 2005.
