Cressanda Solutions wins coveted virtual reality project from US

New Delhi: Cressanda Solutions Ltd, a Bombay Stock Exchange-listed premier IT services company, has announced that it has won the coveted virtual reality (VR) project from America's leading inventor service company.

The project entails developing VR models of the innovative ideas of clients, most of whom are inventors, so as to equip them with an edge while showcasing their inventions to manufacturers and investors or while applying for patents.

Says Cressanda Solutions Head (new media team) Sanjiv Tuli: “Our new media team has cutting-edge experience in VR modelling and we are proud to play a part in bringing alive the innovative ideas of the clients of America's leading inventor service company. The virtual prototypes being developed by us have remarkably improved upon the marketability of their ideas.“

Earlier, Invention Company used simple 2D designs to illustrate an invention's features and its benefits. This left a lot to the imagination of manufacturers and investors who constitute the bulk of an inventor's target audience. Thus, the crucial part of assessing the invention's workability was also left to their capability to grasp the finer aspects of the invention.

Cressanda's VR models for such invention addresses this issue and enables closer inspection in 3D space and boosts presentability of an invention by amplifying its benefits. This helps improve the sales or licensing prospects of the invention as it makes gauging the feasibility and marketability of inventions easy.

“Driven largely by the growing popularity of the digital media, and further spurred on by the Internet, new media services have witnessed a sharp rise in demand lately. Businesses have begun to adopt the new media as part of their efforts to keep in touch with their customers, employees and investors. We are confident that the potential of VR-based communication tools will soon catch the fancy of Indian companies and we look forward to offer our services to them as well,“ adds Tuli.
