Concerto Software expands partnership with 3D Networks to penetrate APAC market

Mumbai: Concerto Software, a provider of contact centre solutions, today announced that it will expand the scope of its strategic partnership with 3D Networks, a leading systems / network integrator in the Asia Pacific region with a significant presence in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.

Under the terms of the enhanced agreement, 3D Networks will distribute and service Concerto Software’s Customer Interaction Management (CIM) and Performance Optimisation solutions in India. 3D Networks also plans to triple its investment in presales, professional services and support resources in order to deliver greater value-added-services to businesses in India.

Seasoned veterans in CIM solutions and call centre management, Steve Herlocher of Concerto Software, USA and Chris Luxford of 3D Networks Asia Pacific will be sharing their insights and experiences at these seminars, followed by a session on "Evolving Trends in Customer Care" presented by leading industry analyst firm, Frost & Sullivan.
