Kingfisher's Vancouver- New Delhi flight to reduce travel time by 10 hours

India''s Kingfisher Airlines will launch a non-stop flight to Vancouver from New Delhi next year, as soon as recently acquired LCC, Air Deccan, receives permission from the Government to fly abroad after completing five years of domestic operations. This non-stop service is expected to cut travel time by as much as 10 hours, from the existing 25 hours.

 

The new service will also be Vancouver''s first non-stop flight to New Delhi.

 

"We''re very excited -- it''s something we''ve been working on for a couple of years," said John Korenic, director of aviation marketing for Vancouver International Airport., told reporters in New Delhi.
