Only entries with all the questions answered correctly and in the given time
will first be considered for the prizes.

Only contestants resident in India
will be eligible for prizes. But players from everywhere else are welcome to
play. |

You may continue to play even if you do not complete
the quiz in the given time. |

Should nobody get all answers correct, the person(s)
with the most correct answers submitted in the least amount of time will get
the prize(s) |

In case of a tie, the winner will be selected by a
computer-generated software programme. |

The decision of The Information Company Pvt Ltd will be final, binding and
non-contestable. |

|
Telephone calls and other forms of communication for
ascertaining the status of winning entries will not be entertained. |

Winners will be notified by email.

The Information Company Pvt Ltd will not be liable
for any warranty concerning the prizes. |

The Information Company Pvt Ltd will not be liable
for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal
injury that may be suffered, as a result of using any of the prizes. |

All the prizes will be non-transferable,
non-refundable and cannot be exchanged / redeemed for cash. |

Prize winners will be decided after 15 October 2007.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai. |
